Deposit & Identification
Customers must provide a deposit of 300–500 baht via cash or money transfer, along with a valid ID card or passport.

Accident Responsibility
In the event of an accident, the customer is fully responsible for all expenses and damages incurred.

Usage Area Restriction
Motorcycles may only be used within Songkhla Province unless prior notice and agreement are made with the company.

• Violations will incur a 1,000 baht daily fine and full responsibility for any damages.

Prohibited Areas
Riding on flooded areas or beaches is strictly forbidden.

• Violations will result in a 3,000 baht fine.

Accident Reporting
In case of an accident, the customer must inform the company immediately and not move the motorcycle until police or company staff arrive.

Insurance Exclusions
Additional insurance does not cover:

• Lost keys: 500 baht (normal key) / 1,500 baht (keyless)

• Tire damage: customer must cover all repair costs

Lost Helmet
Lost helmets will incur a 300 baht fine per helmet.

Customer’s Responsibility
Customers must use and care for the motorcycle responsibly as if it were their own property.

Overtime Charges
If the motorcycle is returned late:

• 50 baht per hour for up to 5 hours

• Beyond 5 hours = full-day rental charge applies

Indemnity
Customers are liable for all damages if they are at fault in an accident.

Illegal Activities
If the motorcycle is used for illegal activities:

• The customer bears full legal responsibility and damages.

• The company will only pursue legal action directly against the customer.

Fuel Policy

• The motorcycle must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented.

• Missing fuel: 50 baht per fuel meter mark will be charged.

• Extra fuel: no refund will be provided.

Non-Covered Accident Cases
If an accident occurs due to riding in flooded areas, mountains, beaches, or under intoxication, the customer bears all costs as insurance will not cover such cases.

Contract Termination
The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately in case of any violation.

• No refunds will be given upon termination.
